Message from TERI

With an aim to achieve carbon neutrality, RD20 (Research and Development 20), the international framework was launched in 2019 by National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan. This framework aims at development of clean energy technologies including Green Hydrogen. Since the inception of this framework, RD20 international conferences are being organized annually to provide common forum the research leaders from G20 countries. Through this global platform, the G20 research leaders exchange their idea, knowledge and identify potential collaboration opportunities to address the underlying challenges through joint research explorations, knowledge exchange.

TERI is associated with this RD 20 framework since 2019 as RD20 member from India and has been contributing in following domains, Green hydrogen, Renewable energy, Sustainable Biofuels and Life Cycle Analysis through Knowledge exchange of R&D activities, presentation of research leads, sharing best practices.

Through this RD20 platform, TERI is actively looking forward to extend collaboration with all the RD20 member institutes including other institutes from G20 countries in various domain; Sustainable infrstructure, Green Hydrogen, Biofuel and decarbonizing industries, Green shipping through joint discussion/interaction.
