Approved Items

The following items were approved during the Leaders Session of the 7th RD20 Conference:
1. The 8th RD20 Conference will be hosted by the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and held in Pretoria, South Africa, from October 19 to 23, 2026.
2. The RD20 Summer School 2026 will be jointly hosted by CNRS (France) and the University of Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P) in Morocco, and will take place in Ben Guerir, Morocco, from May 17 to 23, 2026.
3. The RD20 Summer School 2027 will be hosted by UKERC and the University of Strathclyde, and will be held in Glasgow, Scotland.
4. Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin für Materialien und Energie (HZB) was officially approved as a new member of RD20.
